Bio:

I was born and raised in Massachusetts. I lived in Newton Centre and then in Needham. I graduated from Needham High School. In high school I enjoyed singing in chorus, performing in musicals and working at McDonalds. I went on to college at the University of Maine in Orono. I lived in Knox Hall on the Hill, I am a member of Alpha Phi and I sang in The University Singers. I graduated with a  BS in Business Administration, moved to NJ after graduation and have lived here ever since. I met my husband Mark in 1988, when we were both in a band, we married in 1989 and had two children, Mark Ivan (Van) born in 1990 and Sean Derek born in 1993. I spent many years after college working in banking full time until Van was born and then I worked part-time for a while until Sean was born and then I was a full-time mom! I started working at home part-time for Sickles Market in Little Silver in May 2003. I have been singing Alto1 for the Shrewsbury Chorale since 1992. I also sing in my church choir and I still love to read and listen to music all day. My favorite past time is spending time with my family.

Here are my boys

Mark is my husband, he works in our county's print shop, he has a webpage business, www.RedBankWeb.com  and he loves to play games! He enjoys role-playing, Magic the Gathering and board games, ok and poker occasionally! Mark has been coaching various sports in our town and at the boys' school since 1996; soccer, baseball and basketball for all of Van and Sean's teams.

Van was born in 1990 and Sean in 1993.

Van plays the drums and has a band and fools around with the bass and lead guitars. He likes making videos and doing film and sound editing.

Sean plays soccer and he runs track. He started taking bass guitar lessons in the fall of 2005 and has discovered a love of Nirvana and Pearl Jam! He loves games. See: http://www.frog-pond.com

Van & Sean are both excellent students and wonderful people,

I love attending many children's school and sporting events.
I have sung Alto 1 with the Shrewsbury Chorale (and I am the webmaster) since 1992. In September 1999, I also joined our church choir.
